We’re really proud of this segment on “Open Homes Australia”, featuring our recent build in Wattle Park.

The show’s host Jimmy visits our stunning new home in Wattle Park. The house showcases a modern interpretation of mid-century architecture, captivating viewers with its striking design elements and meticulous attention to detail. With the help of Brad from Regent Homes, Jimmy takes a tour of the house, admiring its features and discovering the seamless blend of contemporary aesthetics with the charm of the mid-century era

Jimmy’s excitement is evident as he approaches the house, already captivated by its mid-century facade. The full glass frontage is a standout feature that sets the tone for the entire home. The polished concrete floors and dark walnut timbers create a stunning contrast, harmoniously complementing each other. The entry way boasts a grand, rake ceiling, enhancing the sense of space and openness. Every detail has been meticulously planned, from the precise alignment of the windows and doors to the two steps leading up to the living area, all contributing to the house’s cohesive and lineal design.

Moving further into the house, Jimmy is struck by the impeccable styling and attention to detail. The mid-century feel is prevalent throughout, with carefully chosen furniture and a dining table that commands attention. Brad explains that the homeowners had a clear vision for the house, evident in the seamless integration of the walnut colours, black features, and concrete elements. The kitchen becomes a focal point, boasting a stunning one-of-a-kind stone benchtop and a waterfall end that meets the burnished concrete. The craftsmanship and quality of the materials are evident, creating a space that exudes elegance and functionality.

Stepping outside, Jimmy is greeted by an inviting outdoor area that seamlessly connects to the interior. The timber eaves wrap around the house, creating a cohesive flow from front to back. The black standing seam cladding, outdoor kitchen, and brick accents add a touch of sophistication against the concrete backdrop. The outdoor space is well-utilised, offering multiple areas for entertaining and relaxation. The western red cedar soffit lining and black feature speakers contribute to the overall ambiance, while the inclusion of Clipsal iconic power points showcases the attention to detail even in the outdoor features.
