Regent Homes began with a carpenter’s vision. In 1991, Founder Mike Sugars recognised a gap in the market for architecturally designed homes that combined exemplary workmanship while delivering a quality customer experience that met each client’s unique needs.

Mike’s sons, Aaron and Brad, joined the family business in 2005 and 2007, and now lead a dedicated and passionate team, each a master of their craft.

We’re thrilled with our new home in Novar Gardens by Regent Homes. The 3D Envision experience was incredible, and Alex nailed the design, even down to furniture colors we mentioned in passing.
