The Knock Down Rebuild Journey

The first step is a comprehensive site assessment. We’ll meet with you in our incredible Envision Design Studio, oron site, to understand your vision and what can be achieved on yourunique block. Consider your possibilities Once the design and pricing is confirmed, we apply for planning approvals and you will be guided through the selections process. Building formalities Our expert team will work with you to design your dream home. Through our Envision design experience, you will be able to tour through your new home, in amazing virtual reality. Bring your vision to life After demolition, we move onto the excavation and siteworks to prepare the site for construction. This may include retaining walls, fencing and specialist engineering to ensure the levels are correct. We take care of it all! Pre-Construction We will assist with your siteservice abolishments and any otherpre-demolition requirements,ensuring the sequence of steps and timing considers all possiblescenarios, including tenants oryour own rental arrangements. Abolishments Your site will be cleared efficiently and safely using our reputable demolition partners, all while respectingyour neighbours. Demolition Through this process you will have regular site meetings with your construction supervisor and access to your very own customer portal. Build the home Handover of your new home is a day you will remember forever and you can start enjoying the lifestyle you’ve dreamed of. Handover!
