Regent Homes began with a carpenter’s vision. In 1991, Founder Mike Sugars recognised a gap in the market for architecturally designed homes that combined exemplary workmanship while delivering a quality customer experience that met each client’s unique needs.

Mike’s sons, Aaron and Brad, joined the family business in 2005 and 2007, and now lead a dedicated and passionate team, each a master of their craft.

Building on a sloping block we knew would be tricky, but the design Regent put together ticked all of our boxes.
