Our approach to Design is different

As a new customer of Regent Homes your journey will start with Design. Our designers take the time to meet in person, carefully listen to your individual design needs and provide their years of experience to help guide you with advice and suggestions. This collaborative process is all about you; making sure we are completely aware of your dreams, your wishlist and of course your budget.

Every home we build is a ‘one off’ meaning we don’t have a range of pre-designed or previously built homes that we just try to modify or knock into shape. Every Regent Homes design is customised to meet the needs of each one of our valued customers.

Latest 3D Home Design Technology

Our latest 3D digital modelling allows you to visualise exactly how your new home will look well before building commences, giving you an enriching experience and helping you make the right design choices for your home.

Using VR goggles, we will take you through a virtual fly-through of your home in our state of the art Design Studio.

Envision Design Studio

We have created a purpose built Design Studio at our Head Office to inspire you and to showcase our Envision Design experience. Equipped with the latest visualisation technology, including VR goggles, you’ll feel like you’re walking around your new home even long before we have started construction. Enjoy a fly-through or walk-through of your new home and let yourself be wisped away.

Today you no longer need to rely on your imagination to interpret your home from construction drawings. We use high-end software to bring this to life so all you need to do is sit back and enjoy the experience. You’ll leave our studio mesmerised and wanting more.
