Royston Park

Giovanna and Joe have a contemporary residence that stuns from the outside in. The architectural design cleverly focuses on transparency, creating a sense of connection between different spaces. This is beautifully showcased in the front door, where hidden framed glass disappears seamlessly into the surrounding stonework. A custom masterpiece by Regent Homes, this home embodies the essence of a modern-day glasshouse, highlighting their incredible craftsmanship and expertise.

When it comes to building a home, having a dedicated and reliable builder supervisor is crucial. The Mastrantuone family was fortunate enough to have Lee Reynolds as their builder supervisor. Reynolds was a man who was committed to his job, kept the family informed at all times, and always looked for solutions to any problems that arose during the building process. His dedication to the job and his willingness to go above and beyond to meet the family’s expectations made him an invaluable member of the building team.

One of the things that made Reynolds stand out was his willingness to take on any task, no matter how difficult it may have seemed. He was never afraid to get his hands dirty, and he would always find a way to get the job done. He was a problem solver, and he would always look for solutions to any issues that arose during the building process.

Reynolds also worked closely with the family to ensure that their expectations were met. He understood that building a home was a personal experience, and he wanted to make sure that the family was happy with the final product.
