We have just moved into our new home in Novar Gardens built by Regent Homes and we are beyond thrilled with the result. We were initially wowed by the 3D Envision experience which enabled us to get a sense of the room sizes and proportions and even ‘dip our toes’ in the pool and sit at the kitchen bench. It truly was an incredible experience to see our house right before our very eyes and to put the goggles on and walk around the house before it was built. Alex the designer absolutely nailed the brief right down to the colour of the furniture which we had mentioned in passing during the initial briefing. The build ran seamlessly from start to finish and there were zero delays. It is a large two storey house (540 square meters) and took 13 months to build from the slab being laid. Ben our Site Supervisor was amazing and extremely well organised. He had all of the trades lined up months in advance and would frequently keep us updated on what to expect and when. We also felt as though Ben treated the house as if it were his own in that he was very passionate about the build and truly cared about the results and finishes. We made a few very minor tweaks as the build progressed however all of our feedback was taken on board and nothing was too much trouble. Now that the build has finished and we have moved in we are almost sad that the experience has ended. The quality of the build and attention to detail is exceptional and we have to pinch ourselves that the house is ours.
