Exclusive Media Preview & Dinner: A First Look at Our St Peters Display Home

On Wednesday, 22nd January, we had the privilege of hosting an exclusive media preview and dinner event to celebrate the unveiling of our latest luxury display home in St Peters. The evening brought together influential media, industry professionals, and key stakeholders for an unforgettable experience that highlighted the design, craftsmanship, and vision behind this
stunning new residence.

A Curated Culinary Experience

The night kicked off with guests stepping into the elegant, light-filled spaces of the St Peters Display Home, where they were greeted with the warm ambiance and sophisticated design elements that make this home a true standout. The atmosphere was set perfectly for the private chef experience crafted by Will Doak of Lost Phoenix Farm. Will’s curated menu delighted the senses, with each dish thoughtfully paired to match the luxurious surroundings. Guests savoured every bite as the meal complemented the home’s high-end finishes, creating a sensory experience that was both intimate and unforgettable.

A Night of Connection and Conversation

The dinner was the perfect chance for everyone to get to know each other in a relaxed and friendly setting. Brad Sugars, Director of Regent Homes, and the rest of the team shared stories behind the design of the St Peters Display Home and what makes it truly special. Guests were invited to ask questions, chat about the vision for the home, and hear about Regent Homes’ passion for creating unique, high-quality homes.

It was a wonderful evening full of great conversations, with guests enjoying the opportunity to connect with the Regent Homes team and the media in a casual and welcoming atmosphere. These personal connections helped create an even stronger bond between the home, its creators, and those who are excited to see the future of luxury living in Adelaide.

A Toast to Local Excellence

Howard Vineyard, a family-owned winery in South Australia, graciously donated a selection of premium wines, offering guests a true taste of local excellence. Their exceptional wines complemented the delicious dishes prepared by Will Doak of Lost Phoenix Farm, adding an extra layer of elegance to the evening.

Showcasing Premium Sponsors

The media dinner was further elevated by our incredible sponsors, whose contributions added an extra layer of luxury to the evening.

Clipsal by Schneider Electric, sponsored the event and showcased their minimalist and elegant Solis Collection for the first time in a public home. The Solis range, featuring light switches and sockets with premium finishes, was seamlessly integrated into the home, enhancing both its aesthetic appeal and functionality. Marcus Reilly, Residential Builder Manager at Clipsal, spoke about the Solis range’s exceptional durability and design, and its perfect synergy with Regent Homes’ high standards.

The First Look at St Peters Display Home

As guests dined and mingled, they had the chance to explore the St Peters Display Home, which showcases modern organic design with flowing shapes, high ceilings, and a seamless connection to outdoor spaces.

An unexpected delight of the evening was the beautifully curated selection of handbags and designer clothing in the master wardrobe, generously provided by Plus One Dress Hire. Their stunning pieces added an extra touch of elegance and charm, perfectly complementing the luxurious ambiance of the St Peters Display Home.

The St Peters Display Home will be open to the public on 1st and 2nd February for those who want to experience the home firsthand.

A Memorable Evening

This intimate dinner was a celebration of not only the design excellence of the St Peters Display Home, but also the relationships and connections that are at the heart of Regent Homes’ success. It was an unforgettable evening of great food, fine wine, and meaningful conversations — all within the walls of a home that exemplifies luxury and craftsmanship.

We’re grateful to all those who joined us, and a very special thanks to GAT Agency who coordinated the event. We can’t wait to welcome more visitors when the home opens to the public.
