Your design journey continues in our Envision Design Studio, where our architectural designers bring your vision to life.
Working collaboratively, we’ll develop your custom floorplan, façade concept, and spatial layout to suit your block, lifestyle, and personal taste. Using advanced 3D and virtual reality technology, you’ll be able to experience your home in full scale, walking through each space virtually to visualise proportions, light, and flow before construction begins.

3. Costing, Approvals & Contract Stage
Once your design has been finalised, our estimators and drafting team prepare detailed costings and documentation to ensure everything is accurate and transparent.
Your New Home Consultant will guide you through your Building Contract, outlining inclusions, allowances, and timelines. We then handle all the required planning and building approvals, liaising directly with local councils or private certifiers on your behalf, so you can relax knowing every detail is taken care of.
4. Interior Design & Selections
After your contract is signed and approvals are underway, you’ll begin the exciting process of choosing your finishes and fixtures with our interior design team.
This stage transforms your architectural design into a home that feels distinctly yours. Guided by our designers, you’ll explore a curated range of materials, colours, and fittings that align with your vision, lifestyle, and budget; from flooring and cabinetry to lighting and tapware.

5. Construction Phase

We maintain open communication throughout, with scheduled updates, site meetings, and progress photos so you can watch your vision come to life with confidence.
6. Handover & Beyond
When construction is complete, you’ll walk through your finished home alongside your site supervisor during a comprehensive handover inspection. Together, we’ll ensure every detail meets Regent Homes’ quality standards and your expectations.
Once you’ve moved in, our customer care team remains available to assist with any minor adjustments or post-handover enquiries, because our commitment to quality doesn’t end at completion.
