Somerton Park

This contemporary home was completed just a stone’s throw from Somerton Beach. It was custom designed to maximise the space on a rear hammerhead allotment, consisting of three bedrooms, two living areas, two bathrooms and an outdoor living with in-built kitchen.

Not only did the customer request a double garage, but they also wanted drive through access to the opposite side, to accommodate a boat or caravan. It’s an open plan, light-filled design, with coastal influences coming through in the sandstone entry wall, and use of light timbers throughout.
