Coronavirus (COVID-19) response

Here at Regent Homes we have been responding to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure our customers, staff team and suppliers are safe, and that we can continue to build beautiful custom homes. It has meant introducing some changes to ensure we adhere to the government’s regulations.

We have been updating our social channels and are in regular contact with customers who are in the process of building their custom home.

    1. Our display homes are still open

Our display homes at Lightsview and Blackwood Park remain open. 

We have introduced new protocols, such as hand sanitisation on arrival and exit, ensuring only one group of visitors in each display home at any one time and ensuring  social distancing measures are adhered to We also ask anyone who is unwell, displaying COVID-19 symptoms or who has returned from overseas in the last 14 days to refrain from visiting the display homes.

Our team are also happy to arrange a one-on-one display home appointment if you would prefer. Just call on 8351 2022 to arrange.

   2. We are still meeting new customers

If you’ve been thinking about a new custom home and still want to explore your options, we are continuing to meet new customers. 

Unfortunately the first meetings will be over video call or phone, but we’d still love to meet you virtually and hear about your block and your ideal home. Our designers and interiors team are all hard at work – just from their own home offices.

 

   3. Work is continuing on existing home builds

All our  custom home build sites remain open and without any real disruption to our normal build programs. 

 

We have reduced the number of face to face site meetings and introduced new ways of working on all residential construction sites to ensure our trade teams stay safe and adhere to social distancing. 

Safety at work is always a top consideration for us, and we are continuing to ensure all teams can work safely. 

We are also ensuring all our valued customers get regular updates on the progress of their new home. This is just more likely to be over a video call with your site manager than in person. 

We are in regular contact with the Housing Industry Association who are providing all builders and trades with great information and advice about continuing to build in the current environment.

 

   4. Our supply chain are working and adhering to COVID-19 regulations 

We’ve always had a great working relationship with our supply chain, from the suppliers of tiles and kitchens, through to the teams we employ to build your custom home. 

We’ve been in very regular contact with our entire supply chain team to work together and ensure we continue to provide customers with the beautiful, quality custom home and design experience we take pride in offering.

We will continue to keep everyone up to date as there are updates to the COVID-19 regulations, but we thank all our team, customers and suppliers for their ongoing support.
